remembering
sometimes I have to keep the first one.
as there may have been an important lesson that should be remembered- like this one…. I layered collage and worked so hard underneath……(it looked like a typical “Kristin”)
and then, just like I would tell others- there can be no sacred piece. don’t be saving something you think is so “special”- there can be none of that…. if you want to be able to move forward onto something better.
so I painted over most of it with white and started again. and I actually loved all of the paintings I made once I had pushed through and painted white on almost everything.
keeping this one to remember.
